Every pack on this page is a subscription. You pay the first-order price today. Starting with your second order, the same pack ships every 28 days at the regular price ($39 for 1 bottle, $59 for 3, $79 for 5) and your card is charged each time, until you cancel. There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel, skip a delivery or change your date any time before your next renewal date: log in at jevityrx.com/account and choose Manage Subscriptions, or email hello@jevityrx.com with your name and order number. We confirm cancellations by email within 1 business day. We email a receipt for every renewal.
What if I was charged for a renewal I did not want?
Contact us within 14 days of the charge. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund you in full.
How do I claim the money-back guarantee?
Email hello@jevityrx.com with your name and order number within 60 days of delivery of your first order. You do not need to send the product back unless we ask, and if we do, we email you a prepaid return label. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The guarantee covers one refund per customer, per product.
What about shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship from the US and you get a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
